Alanya Aquapark Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 2 - ALANYA AQUAPARK RULES
2.1. Children (0-12 years) must be accompanied by at least one adult.
2.2. Purchases can only be made with a valid credit card. It is not possible to change the name of the customer who bought the ticket. Purchased tickets cannot be transferred to third parties.
2.3. The ticketed amount (including taxes and service charge) will be charged to your credit card. The name of the customer and the name of the credit card holder may be different.
2.4. Alanya Aquapark cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from weather conditions, force majeure, accident and cancellations caused by unforeseen reasons.
2.5 It is dangerous and prohibited for our guests weighing over 120 kg to use the slides.
2.6 Swimming Wear (Swimwear etc.) is mandatory for safety and health reasons. Daily textile clothing such as T-shirts are not accepted.
2.7 Parentless Children (0-12 years old) are not allowed to enter the facility. It is compulsory to come with their families and parents are responsible for the children in the park.
2.8 It is not accepted to bring food and drink from outside the facility.
2.9 It is not appropriate for pregnant women, those with heart disease and open wounds to use our facility.
2.10 There are safety deposit boxes where you can leave your belongings.
2.11 We have special slides and pool for 0-5 years old children.
2.12 There is an age limit of 15 on the Slope and Kazan Slides.
2.13 The facility is open between 10:00 - 17:30.
2.14 The operation of the slides and pools in Alanya Aquapark may be affected by weather conditions and maintenance works. Get information from the Information Office about our areas closed due to technical reasons.
2.15 It is forbidden to enter Alanya Aquapark with flammable, explosive materials, sharps, weapons and other dangerous materials.
2.16 It is forbidden to bring pets to Alanya Aquapark.
2.17 It is forbidden to bring scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller skates and similar equipment that may pose a danger to the visitors and/or impede the officials, frisbee, ball and similar objects, and may affect pedestrian traffic.
2.18 Alanya Aquapark management or the person(s) authorized by the management, in case the peace and security in Alanya Aquapark is endangered as a result of not complying with the specified security rules due to theft, aggressive behavior, being against all park rules, getting ahead while waiting, preventing visitors from entering the park or leaving the park. has the right to removal.
2.19 The responsibility of all your belongings belongs to the visitors. Alanya Aquapark does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
ARTICLE 3 - CHANGES, CANCELLATION AND REFUND
3.1. Sales service fee and ticket amount are non-refundable and non-changeable.
3.2. Please review your ticket information carefully before making the sale. Alanya Aquapark cannot be held responsible for misunderstandings arising from wrong spelling and wrong requests.
ARTICLE 4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with paragraph (g) of Article 15 of the "Distance Contracts Regulation" dated 27 November 2014 and numbered 29188, the ticket owner has no right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL CONDITIONS REGARDING SALES AND SERVICE
5.1. If the customer chooses the entrance ticket on the website, he will be able to see the price.
5.2. Entrance cards can only be purchased with a credit card over https://www.alanyaaquapark.com/index.php?142=reservation&dil=tr. The customer will be offered credit card or bank ticket options to choose from to pay for the entrance ticket online. The customer will choose the one suitable for him from this credit card or bank ticket option and complete the transaction.
5.3. The customer cannot illegally sell the entrance cards he has purchased through the black market.
5.4. It is the Customer's responsibility to control and preserve the purchased entrance ticket. The Customer shall be liable for any damages arising from the failure to fulfill this obligation.
5.5 It is possible to benefit from the discounts benefited from the campaigns made by the seller on the website only within the framework of the campaign conditions. E-tickets purchased through this website can only be used for one day during the date range specified on the ticket, during the opening hours of the facility, for the number of people specified on the ticket. Tickets not used until the date specified in the e-ticket are not refunded, and the ticket automatically becomes invalid on the expiry date. In addition, there is no right of withdrawal in the light of the distance contracts regulation, which is stated in Article 4 of the contract, and there is no refund, date change or cancellation after the e-ticket is purchased.

The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is fully and accurately informed about the characteristics of the contracted service, the sales price, the payment method, the ticket cannot be cancelled, and all the rights and obligations of the contract.
